To place an order with NAYZA, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.
Purchase and Payment
When you order a Product, you agree to pay the full amount payable for such Product as indicated during the order process, including any shipping costs or taxes.
Shipping and Delivery
Products purchased will be delivered to the shipping address you specify during the ordering process. We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, but we do not guarantee delivery times.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
All sales of custom-made Products are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on these items. For all other Products, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy. Refund requests must be made within seven days of purchase, stating clearly the reason for the request, and including an image of the defect. Please review our Return Policy for more details.
User Conduct
You agree not to use the Site in a way that may cause the Site to be interrupted, damaged, rendered less efficient, or such that the effectiveness or functionality of the Site is in any way impaired.
